I started designing websites about 12 years ago when I was put in charge of my department's website at work. My emphasis is on graphics, so the websites I design tend to be very visually appealing.
After designing a site for GrahamVox (see below), I was asked to design another section of the site for Graham's lighting business, Scotia Lighting Inc. Graham supplied me with a picture of an old light meter that he really liked and I used that as the navigation graphics for this visually-rich site.
I totally redesigned the website for the band National Ghost, with the artwork based on their debut album. This is the second time I've designed a site for this band. The whole concept behind the new site was to make it look as professional and clean as possible while still being very fun and easy to use. I maintain this website and update it frequently. I also publish their email newsletter.
I redesigned a site for Support Specialists Inc., a company that provides production services along with grip and lighting equipment for feature film, music video, commercial and industrial training projects.
I did some cosmetic redesigning of a site for Moss Cairns Inc., a company that offers Audience Participation Technology (APT) (keypad technology) and other technology tools to improve meeting outcomes. They wanted to update their site and add graphics to emphasize the keypad technology more.
I designed a site for singer/songwriter Graham Strachan. He wanted the site to showcase all of his vocal work, from commercials and jingles to his original music, as well as videos.
I designed a site for singer/songwriter Tim Kelly. We used the cover art for his recent album, "Meet Tim Kelly", as the inspiration for the design of the site.
